How do I Submit an Order?
The easiest way is to order online using this website. Click the "Products & Services" tab, locate and select the product you want to order, select "customize & order", answer the basic questions about your project, select the files from your computer to upload, and checkout using our organized "shopping cart." Unless otherwise noted, you will not need to pay for your project up-front. Our highly trained team will contact you if there are any questions or issues that arise during production. Upon completion of your project, we will call to let you know it is ready for pickup, deliver, or ship your printed materials.
Is my Username and Password Different for the upgraded website?
No. All usernames & passwords are the same as they were on our old website.

Website isn't working properly! How can I fix this?
More times than not, by clearing the "cookies" and "cache" in your Web-browser and then restarting the web-browser, the issue will be resolved. If that doesn't work, please click the "Contact Us" button on the top right of this page and let us know...or give us a call.
The Website didn't work! Can I email my order?
Although this isn't the preferred method for submitting your printed project, we realize that sometimes you want to forward an email you received or you are having difficulty navigating our website. In these cases you may email in the file to firstname.lastname@example.org. When emailing, please be certain to include as much information about the printing of your project as possible and PLEASE don't forget to include your contact information and phone number.
Can you print items that Dry Erase?
We can gloss laminate most printed pieces. It is possible to use permanent markers on the lamination and then cleanly remove the marker with rubbing alcohol & a paper-towel. Dry Erase markers aren't advised as they sometimes leave an ink residue behind after removal.

Can I setup a Customized Catalog for the projects I order repeatedly?
Yes! Please use the "Contact Us" button at the top of this page to request a consultation with us about setting up a Private-Customized Catalog for making your order process more efficient.
Capitol Blue already has my order but I just need to send another file. Can I send a file without placing a new order?
Yes. Please navigate to our "Contact Us" page and click the button on the bottom right that says "Upload your File." This order form will only ask basic questions about which department and which employee you are trying to send the additional or replacement file to.
How will I know when my order is ready?
We will call you to inform you that your order is ready for pickup. We also deliver throughout the Greater Springfield area if you are On Account. Additionally, we can drop-ship via UPS Ground, 2day, or Overnight.
Can Capitol Blue Print help me with the US Postal Everyday Direct Door Mail (EDDM)?
Absolutely! There is nothing more direct than direct mail. We help clients everyday with their Everyday Direct Door Mailers! Click the following to view the design specifications dictated by the U.S. Postal Service for EDDM.

What is the maximum number of sheets that I can have in a "saddle-stitched" booklet?
Counting each page of your booklet, we can produce a saddle-stitched booklet with 80 pages. That equates to 20 flat sheets of paper that will be collated, stapled, folded, and then face-trimmed in our booklet maker.
Does Capitol Blue Print seal self-mailers with Mail Tabs (aka: waffers, stickers)?
Yes! Here is a 'cheat-sheet' of where we place the tabs to comply with the Postal Service. Please utilize this to properly layout your self-mailer.

Please create an EXCEL file with the following headings for each column: "First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, etc."

What is a printed BLEED?
If the ink goes right to the edge of the printed piece, we refer to this as a bleed. No bleed would occur if there is a margin between the ink and the edge of the printed piece.
